​The Liberty CU LX horseshoe nail is designed as a very slim nail with copper coating for horses with sensitive and thin hooves. The nail has a very slim fit for minimal damage to the hoof wall. The smaller nail head results in less pressure on the hoof wall and the copper coating keeps the hoof wall, white line and sole stronger and healthier.

This Liberty horseshoe nail is the perfect option for horses with sensitive hoof walls. Not only is the fit of this nail extremely suitable for nailing in sensitive hooves, but the natural antibacterial effect of copper also provides the necessary protection of the hoof wall during the entire shoeing cycle. Due to the coating with CU Shield Technology, the micro-organisms that enter the hoof wall through the nail holes do not survive and the nail does not rust or wear out in the hoof wall. This makes it ideal for a better hoof/horn quality. This nail is a further development of the E-SLIM nail and is thus slightly slimmer with a smaller nail head for minimal pressure on the hoof wall. The Liberty CU-LX horseshoe nail has all the features of the Liberty LX nail. The nail is also very smooth and has a strong, sharp nail point so that it easily penetrates the white line.
