Alu Century Support

The Alu Century Support horseshoe is characterised as a lighter horseshoe with a very good load-bearing capacity. Developed especially for Endurance in the UAE, this horseshoe is committed to the comfort and support of the horse. The modified hardness of the aluminium provides the necessary wear resistance.

Designed with the Support model in mind, the Alu Century Support gives the horse optimal support on the toe and heels. The shoe is slightly thicker than the Triumph without a wider toe and the nail holes with correct nail angles are stamped slightly finer.
The shoe is light and formed from strong and hard-wearing aluminium. This makes it ideal for Endurance horses.
The rolling on the toe provides extra comfort of movement. The front shoe comes with toe clips or quarter clips and has the more traditional round shape with a through v-zip.
The clip placement on the quarters (between the second and third nail holes) gives the farrier more options to allow the horse to roll over the toe more flexibly. The shoe also features sole relief to take pressure off the sole.
In addition, the Smart Finish on the shoe ensures sufficient grip of the shoe on the hoof. The shoe also has an extra insert in the toe to ensure that the shoe wears less quickly in the toe.
