TEP Lily Pads
Description
Designed by Ric Redden of Kentucky, Lily Pads offer immediate non-traumatic support to the weakened lamellar network in the early stages of laminitis.
The use of a Lily Pad will also reduce the chances of laminitis in the opposite foot following traumatic injury or surgery, by offering maximum support to the lamellar bed.
Lily Pads also provide relief in cases of sore, traumatized feet, corn, bruising, etc., by temporarily transferring the horse's weight from the wall to the frog.
Lily Pads are moulded from a pliant rubber composite in one size which can be trimmed down to suit.
When taped into place (e.g. with Flexus Plus bandage), the heel design ensures the pad does not slip out of position.
